If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer Pre-Authorized returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.


The following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  •      Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  •      Pre-Order and Special-Orders are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  •      Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
  •      Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use


To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

Email us with your :

  •      Order number
  •      Name
  •      Item you want to return or exchange
  •      Reason for return

(all returns are evaluated and following information may change depending on the reason of the return)

How long it takes to receive your refund, replacement product, or store credit

  •      1-2 business days after recieving your return

Any shipping fees the customer will need to pay

  •      all return shipping costs are paid by customer

Any return restocking fees the customer will need to pay

  •      Restock fee may apply

How you handle lost or damaged returns

  •      We will do a full credit or re-send the item for all damaged or lost orders
